Safety Notice:

Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

Directions:

From Great Falls, travel north on US Highway 87 for 4 miles.  Turn right onto Morony Dam Road and continue for 2 miles.  Turn left onto Sportsman's Trail at the "Great Falls Shooting Sports Complex" sign.  Turn left in 1/4 mile and proceed to the MSRC 200-yard range.

KD Event - May 19-20, 2018

This will be a Known Distance Shoot (Out to 500 yards). Shooters must have attended at least 1 prior Appleseed before attending this shoot. Shooters must bring a center fire rifle with adjustable sights, sling (USGI preferred), 350 rounds of ammunition, a small notebook with pen/pencils, and enough food, water, sunscreen to spend 8+ hours outside in the heat. No .22 shooting will occur. The shoot will run from 8 AM to 4PM Saturday and Sunday. Registration is limited to 8 shooters.
